Growing up I was always interested in entrepreneurship, this led me to picking up a minor in entrepreneurship at the University of Central Florida. After reading Mark Cuban’s How to Win at the Sport of Business I decided to begin a career in sales, landing an Ad Sales job with the Orlando Weekly where I helped brands to develop multi-channel ad strategies using the Orlando Weekly’s print, digital, and events. The feeling I received being able to help businesses to get in front of their customers while driving revenue for the Orlando Weekly confirmed that I was in the right career for me.

After moving to NYC in 2015, I entered the world of startups, where I met the founders of SailPlay, an omni-channel customer loyalty platform. They hired me to lead the U.S. expansion for SailPlay, where I was in charge of sales, account management, and marketing. At SailPlay, I had the experience of a lifetime, going from closing our first book of business to representing the company on-stage at the Cannes Lions festival in partnership with Unilever, to navigating complex deals with brands including Papa John’s, IBM, and Tribune Media.

In the Fall of 2019, I was recruited as a Sales Director to a company called Snappy. At Snappy, I was routinely a top performer, leading the leaderboard for multiple months as the top revenue generator. I also had the opportunity to bring on new logos for brands I loved, including PepsiCo, HBO, and the NFL.

Throughout my sales career I’ve always emphasized the importance of top-of-funnel activity and pipeline health. By carefully tracking my conversions percentages and the persona types I had the most success with, I was able to find success. This led me to developing a repeatable semi-automated top-of-funnel system for Snappy that increased lead generation by 70% and generated over $1mm in revenue within a 12-month period, including Snappy’s largest deal in company history. The keys to the processes success was consistency and personalization.

When I saw that I had a knack and enjoyment for sales & marketing strategy and building systems, I decided to found LatitudeBOX. With LatitudeBOX, we work with B2B and B2C companies to help them to better identify and engage their ideal customer profile using cost-efficient, time-efficient, data-driven, and scalable marketing strategies. This includes creating personalized content, a/b testing messaging, and analyzing the data we collect to help provide our clients with better insights into their customers and target markets. Our approach is informed by the experiences, frustrations, and needs that I had while in my previous roles.

I have no idea where life will lead me next, but there is one thing I know. I love sales and marketing, and helping organizations grow.
